Day 4 - Breakfast with Mickey and Epcot

On Monday, we had breakfast at Chef Mickey's, which is a breakfast buffet at the Contemporary Resort. We had to take a bus from our resort to the Magic Kingdom and then walk from Magic Kingdom. If we had any complaints about Disney it was that their transportation system could use some improvements. Some of the wait times for rides were as long as 45 minutes.

Similar to the Princess dinner, the characters walk around while you are eating. This is the kids with Goofy. We didn't know we would have already met all of these characters at Animal Kingdom when we made the reservations. And the food wasn't that great. This was one we wouldn't do again.

After breakfast, we rode the Monorail from the Contemporary Resort to Epcot, where we needed to finish up. Seth and Adam on the Monorail.

The kids with Mary Poppins. Other than the Disney Fairies, Mary Poppins was my favorite character. She had a great British accent and was really in character. "Hello sweetheart and what is your name? Abby? What a wonderful name my dear Abby. And who is this gentleman you are traveling with today?" It was cute.

Adam sleeping again. The boy can pass out anywhere.

Abby and Jasmine, the only princess we hadn't met yet.

We had dinner that night at Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club, a resort across the water from our resort at the Boardwalk. Here is the view of the Boardwalk from the Beach Club.

This is the boat that would take us to Epcot or Hollywood Studios if we didn't want to walk. The walk to Epcot was a pretty short walk. Hollywood Studios was a little longer, but we walked home from there one night.

Seth waiting on the kids. So handsome! :)

And we picked up some ice cream from the Boardwalk on the way back. De-lish!
More to come... I hope you're enjoying - I know it's a lot.
