School's out for summer (almost)

Abby's class had their end of year party on Wednesday. I took the morning off work and took a few pictures.

Saturday, my work had an event at City Museum for employees and their families. We had a really nice time. It is a really unique place with caves and stairwells and all kinds of things to climb through. The kids loved it.

Abby, Adam and Seth as we were beginning to climb through the caves.

We left around 1 because Adam had a birthday party for Ali, a little girl in his class at day care. This was the second birthday party Adam was invited to. It was at Gymquarters, a gymnastics place in O'Fallon.

This is Adam and Logan, his good buddy from school.

So it was a pretty fun day. We just layed around the rest of the afternoon. Kids watched a movie. Seth and I took a short nap. I ran on the treadmill (really loving the convenience by the way). Hopefully, we can go to the pool tomorrow!

Also, I haven't really written about this too much, but Seth's sports writing efforts have really been paying off lately. Look for this stuff on http://www.bleacherreport.com/ and occasionally on http://www.cbssports.com/. I'm very proud of him. Also, keep an eye on his blog. http://www.leftcalf.blogspot.com/. He's also doing his second interview tonight on a nationally-syndicated radio show, http://www.sportsbyline.com/bios/mauro.htm. Seth should be posting a link to the interview on his blog in the next week or so.

Talk to you soon!
